This time ” 4×4 All Terrain 4.0 ” was held in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, from December 27th, 2013 to January 1st, 2014. Young people from the Northeast District and the Gulf District mobilized preaching house-to-house, cleaning, doing youth and children’s projects like “Project Goal” and VBS, among other activities. Thanks to this effort, 185 people heard the message of salvation. Among those, 100 people made the decision for Christ. María Eugenia Urrutia, Global Mission Coordinator for the Mexico North Field, shared some experiences and statistics of the achievements of this project.
” 4×4 All Terrain” is a missions trip organized at the end of the year by Youth Mobilization of the Mexico North Field. The purpose is to intentionally support the planting of new churches and strengthen the preaching points or cells of established churches. Thus, we provide development opportunities for young people with a missionary call who participated in a COM (Cross Cultural Training). God has allowed us to participate in four of the seven districts that make up our Field, they have been: Huasteca in 2010, the West in 2011, North in 2012 and Northwest in 2013, this last one hosted in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora.
We had the participation of 19 young people: 8 participants from the Northeast District, 6 participants from the Northwest District, 2 participants from the Gulf District, 2 participants from the West District and 1 participant from the East District. We served together with the Sexta “Agua Viva” and Septima churches.
For some participants, it was an adventure to travel for more than 30 hours, for others, it was an economic effort to be able to travel by plane.

All glory and honor be to our God! Each congregation with their pastor are currently following up and visiting every home that received us. We continue to pray for these souls and their spiritual growth. We know that this experience adds to the many more that God will allow us to live as long as we allow the Spirit of God to guide and use us to enlarge His kingdom.
In “4×4 All Terrain” there is a place for you! You have to live it!
