The District Superintendents from the Central Area of the Church of the Nazarene met May 15-20 for a time of learning, evaluation and sharing.
It was also a good time for the colleagues who met to discuss topics important for them. One of the topics they addressed was “Where do we direct our gaze?” Rosa de Saenz shared three important themes: 1. Encouraging one another 2. Strengthening ourselves together and 3. Enjoying life together. The Regional Director, Dr. Carlos Saenz, and Miguel and Irene Garita from the Mesoamerica Family Care Ministry also shared the Word of God with the group.
“We have the best group of spouses. We all shared about our work. Brother Guido, the husband of the district superintendent from the Costa Rica Central District is an important man in our group,” shared Rosa de Saenz, the coordinator of the retreat.
