On Saturday August 6th, 2016, the sixth team from the Flint Central Church of the Nazarene arrived in Panama to serve in the province of Colon.
On Sunday 7, they visited and shared with the church in Rio Alejandro, Colon. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, they worked on the construction of a dining hall and classrooms in the Church of Colon Central, they visited some preaching points of the church, where they ministered to the children through crafts and Bible School. They also ministered to young people through sports.
On Thursday, they visited the city and the Panama Canal. During this time, a popular TV program in Panama interviewed Pastor Tyler Sauer and his wife. On Friday, they visited the Rio Abajo Church of the Nazarene where they painted the church and had Bible School with the children of the community.
Pastors Gregory Lewis (Colon), Eduardo Flores (Rio Abajo) and District Superintendent Carlos de la Cruz, thank Pastor Tyler Sauer, his wife, each team member and Brother Eliezel Soto, Panama W&W Coordinator, for their excellent work and for being a blessing and impact in the communities of the district.
