The regional Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCM) team held its annual meeting in the Dominican Republic, May 1-6.
The team took time to visit the Children’s Way and Good Samaritan Child Development Centers in the southern part of the country. They spend time with the children, served food, helped with special classes and shared a dynamic message about Jesus.
They also visited a water purification plant, and learned the stories of several projects the Pueblo Viejo Church of the Nazarene in Azua has developed to benefit the community.
“We thank God for Luis Daniel Pérez, Aura Ramírez, Benny Sánchez and Yusepy de Sánchez, who, along with their local teams and leaders, continue to be agents of transformation in their communities. They continue to be light and a cannel of blessing where they are and beyond,” said Dhariana Balbuena, Regional NCM Coordinator.
