Based on 1Corinthians 3:16 , the Church of the Nazarene in St.Vincent, Windward Islands, is looking to promote spiritual and physical health. Every week a group of 8-20 people gather at the nearby Stubbs playing field or at the church building for prayer and exercise. The program is free and people from the community are encouraged to attend, regardless of their walk in life or religious persuasion.

Through this program, the church hopes to reach out to the community while promoting spiritual growth and developing healthier habits.
