Nine new missionaries in our region met in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Dec. 9-20 for a two-week training to better equip them to serve in each of their ministries.
Our Regional Director, Dr. Carlos Saenz, participated by sharing with the missionaries over the topic of holiness. Dr. William L. Selvidge, a missions professor in the Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, USA, joined the group as well. He taught an intensive course on missiology as well as various aspects of ministering cross-culturally.
We thank the Lord for allowing the first generation of missionaries from the Mesoamerica Region to participate in this training, and we know it will not be the last of its kind.
