On February 24, 2016, Rose Esther Soto was born in Panama City, Panama. Esther is the daughter of Eliezel and Tammy Soto, Panama’s Work and Witness Coordinators.
Esther weighted of 7 pounds with 3 ounces and measured 20 inches.
Esther’s siblings are Eliany and Esteban.
