This past 16-17 November, SDMI and NMI of the Panama Central District had leadership workshops.
In charge was our brother Monte Cyr, who taught on themes of:
Recruiting and retaining leaders
The Call of God to Lead
Priorities and Decision making
The Heart of a Leader
Discipleship and Spiritual Growth
These were some of the themes that powerfully captured the attention of the participants.
Two days were spent rejuvenating and strengthening our spirits through the Word of God. There were about 70 people in attendance. Pastors, leaders and teachers were present during the two days, with the intention of strengthening the local ministries of our churches.
We give thanks to our brother Monte Cyr for this time. God continues calling, training his church, and it really was a great blessing.
