On November 1st and 2nd of 2013, an event for leadership training took place in the central Church of the Nazarene in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. 75 leaders from the Northwest District from NMI, NYI, and SDMI ministries as well as pastors and co-pastors attended this training.
The churches that participated were: central Church of Guamilito, Heraldo de Santidad de Siguatepeque, Cortes church, Nueva Esperanza, Monte Limar, La Roca, El Roble, El Progreso, Nueva Frontera, Planeta, Santa Marta, Misión Yoro, Misión Sinaí, and Misión del Progreso. Some of the event’s themes were: God’s Calling for Leaders, The Leader’s Heart, I have a dream, Strategic Planning, Cultivating the Ability to deal with People and Priorities and Decision-Making.
