The official NYI website for the Mesoamerica Region was launched on January 16th, 2014; www.jniregionmesoamerica.org, at the same time, “Line” magazine for young people, was launched. In an effort to provide more information and approach the NYI of our region, the new website aims to become a major way in which young people can find resources, videos, photos and information about the recent NYI activities.
Line Magazine is a communication tool, which can be downloaded for free on the webpage. It has the purpose of unifying the NYI with just one click, to give them the opportunity to interact with young people from different fields and to spread the word about activities, ministries and concerns. Another purpose is to inform young people about topics of interest, using as a basis the Word of God..
Joshua Barrera, Bertin Olivares, Myrna Rivers, Milton Gay, Odily Diaz, Patricia Navas, Scott Armstrong, Rodrigo Lara, Andres Fernandez and Jorge Mario Aldana are the writers of the first edition; all of them are experienced youth leaders in our Mesoamerica Region.
Some of the topics that you’ll find are: Am I romantic? , HIV positive in our Region; Music: Culture and controversy; open song: vital software for churches today, the most dignified profession, among others.
