“For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 41:13
In the previous article we stated that many people are currently going through types of difficulties such as economic problems, loneliness, sadness, loss of a loved one, etc. Many go through a desert, so today we want to share some tips to get out of it victoriously.
- Declare your belief in God. He is and always has been real and is with those who seek Him.
- Review what brought you to this crisis, if you did something wrong. This is not to criticize you, but to make the necessary changes to get out of the crisis. This reflection will help you recognize your errors and correct them, to become mature.
- You should know that your problem will not last forever. At some moment the sadness, emptiness, fear, loneliness you’re feeling will pass.
- Change your way of looking at things, have a positive attitude. The Lord can give you joy in the midst of your worry or sadness. His presence is gladness and hope.
- Never give up! You have an opportunity to move forward and become better than before. If you feel that you no longer have the strength or that there’s nothing you can do, ask God to give you new strength and the Holy Spirit to guide you and give you wisdom. We can always do something to get out of a crisis.
- Ask yourself, “What can I learn from all this?” Remaining in your worry will steal your ability to change things.
- Remember that resilience can be part of your life and that with God’s help you will keep on going. Resilience is the ability to face a crisis successfully and to come out on the other side better than before.
- God makes ways in the wilderness and rivers in the deserts. Declare this truth in your life and live it out. This is making the Bible part of your daily life.
May God help you in all you undertake today.
