From September 9th to the 11th 2016, a third Cross-Cultural Orientation (CCO) was held in the “Agua Viva” Church of the Nazarene in Texcoco, Mexico. God spoke to the hearts of 10 participants and also the “crew”, the organizing team, who were also participants in previous CCO. In this special time God confirmed the call to mission and pastoral service to many of the participants.
Here are some testimonials:
“… Surely God has spoken to my life. I know there are new challenges waiting for us and even difficult situations may come, God will raise our head in victory. “Lupita Rocha Calderon
“Participating in the CCO was a great blessing. It was something that was postponed a few years, but certainly God spoke to my life. Obviously I do not have a missionary call, but in that place God confirmed my true calling, I will not say more, I just hope to start the seminary in the near future. “Rebeca Eagle
“I thank God because he has shown me that it is time to do something, go beyond of what is already been done at work, NYI, for the youth and mainly for those who are lost. Also because it reminded me that I’ve been running for a long time, I’ve always had that fire in my heart that is not removed and does not go out … “Ariel Morales
Mitzi Villegas, GM coordinator for the Mexico Central district said: “I am very grateful to God for the reconciliation, restoration and touch in our lives, while permeating His mission and vision in each of us.”
