On Saturday July 19th and Sunday July 20th, 2014, in the First Church of the Nazarene in Tampico, Mexico a training on church growth and small groups, was held by Lorenzo Sosa, Associate Pastor Oaxaca Worship Center and Proclamation Church of the Nazarene. This church has had an outstanding continued growth and it is the largest Nazarene church in the state of Oaxaca and in the country.
Dr. Angel Rodriguez, Coordinator for SENAMEX Tampico Extension, conducted the event.
Three volunteer missionaries from the “Serve 12/7 Project” were at the event: Chennice McLean, Danielle Castlehow and Carlos Jimenez. Also, three participants from the “Project Paul”, including two Global Mission coordinators Aideé Figueroa, Karina Yllán and Joselyn Garcia, were present.
The event was a great blessing and encouragement to the church that is eager to grow and share the good news of salvation.
