The Mesoamerica Region welcomes the López family. Jessica Delgado (Jessi) and Mario López, originally from Mexico, will be serving as sponsored volunteers in the Mexico Field as Work and Witness assistants.
The young couple’s term of service began on August 15, 2020, and will continue until February 15, 2021.
The López family want to share a brief testimony:
“We have both been serving in different ministries; I (Jessi) have served as a volunteer missionary for 6 years, of which 2 were in the Dominican Republic participating in the Genesis initiative, and 4 have been serving in the Ministry of Work and Witness in the Mexico Field. Mario began his ministry as a youth pastor for 3 years, then he served as the lead pastor of a church for 2 more years, during which time he began to get involved in missions as a volunteer.
We met while we were volunteering with Work and Witness groups; and now we have decided to dedicate our marriage and family to serve together as missionaries. This stage fills us with courage and joy since it is the beginning of our life together as a married couple serving God.
We desire for you to keep us in your prayers, especially since this time of the pandemic is a challenge. But we want to take advantage of these moments and learn as much as possible during these months.”
