The French Antilles District, a part of the Caribbean Field of the Mesoamerica Region, held its first Nazarene Compassionate Ministries training at the Godissart Church of the Nazarene, Martinique, with 33 participants.
Regional NCM Coordinator Dhariana Balbuena led the training as a part of a two-day visit to the country on Oct. 12-13.
While there, Balbuena had the chance to visit the Fabienne Pierre-Loui, who is serving as the first district NCM coordinator. She also met with three youth groups, and promoted compassion as a lifestyle with two different congregations.
“It was a very blessed weekend. Thanks to District Superintedent Rev. Daniel Blaise and Fabienne Pierre-Loui for the opportunity,” Balbuena said.
