The Dominican Republic West District welcomed 450 participants to their annual Committed to the Mission 2018 event on Sept. 29. It focused on motivating churches in the district to do the work of evangelism and discipleship.
They held the event at the Nazarene Camp Ground located in La Romana. “It was a marvelous day. God was glorified in a great way. The people worshiped, sang, danced, prayed and interceded,” said District Superintendent Miguel Ángel Yudén. Twenty-three people were baptized.
Rev. Ángel preached the Word of the Lord and shared communion.
