Monday, Sept. 18, 2017, two volunteers left Costa Rica to join the disaster response team following the 8.2 earthquake in Mexico on Sept. 7.
Dr. Rosana Nyreen and Alberto Morera are serving for 6 days in Juchitán, Oaxaca. Their trip was made possible by an initiative through the Costa Rica North District and the San Pedro de Poás Church of the Nazarene.
The Costa Rica North district sent a special offering and is promoting between the pastors in Poas ways to send more help in the coming months.
Thanks be to God for a church that is united in Christ to serve.
