On March 20th, 2017, the first training for the staff of ACONAZ, Nazarene Coordinating Association for the Mesoamerica North Central Field, was held in Guatemala. ACONAZ is staffed by: The Guatemala Nazarene Seminary, the Convention Center, and the Work and Witness field offices.
The theme was “Excellence at the Job”, taught by the Lc. Paola Prera de Caal. The emphasis was on working with values, leading and serving with excellency.
