In July, the Puerto Rico East District received the Lopez family, missionaries in the Mesoamerica Region, serving from Panama. Sister Wendy is the Regional Personnel Coordinator, and her husband Edwin Lopez, amongst others duties, serves in the region’s translation department.
Sister Olga commented: ” The life of the Church in Puerto Rico was marked, as we enjoy the Lopez family for a week of worship services in different zones.
Wendy is a representative of our blood, Edwin, reminds us of our Caribbean region, Joshua and Jeremy our citizenship. Without a doubt, they made us feel a great responsibility towards this missionary family that fills a page in our history as a church. ”
